Cosy 1 bedroom Farm Stay in Whorouly!

Need some time away from busy everyday life, just to relax & unwind or are you looking for an ideal base to explore our beautiful part of the world? Then Pa's Place is the perfect getaway for you! This cosy self contained 1 bedroom unit is located on our family farm in the small rural town of Whorouly, in North East Victoria. Nestled on 54 acres of farmland, surrounded by cattle grazing the paddocks, with mountain views in the distance, we welcome you to come & experience the country lifestyle!

The Ruffled Rooster

A cosy unit that has everything you need but it's the seclusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry that is what makes this place unique. A true nature experience . Situated midway between Melbourne and Sydney it is ideal stop over. Ideally located to the snow, wineries, gourme region, lakes or for just chilling. A continental breakfast is included , fire pit, multiple walks and a home cooked menu. Pet friendly for well behaved pets. A $15 per pet per night. Also a spa. $35.

River Tranquility - Peaceful - Close to Town

This is a lovely property located in a quiet court. It backs onto the Ovens River so the views are amazing with natural bush land which is seen through the lounge room and dining room windows. It has an open fireplace and ducted heating. In the main bathroom there is a bath spa. There are bikes to use on the scenic tracks along the river. If you're looking for a peaceful environment and like restaurants, cafes, hotels and shopping but still want the bush setting, this may suit you.

The Cream Brick House

Our home is simple, neat, and organised. It's a home away from home. 'The Cream Brick House' is situated on the outskirts of Wangaratta (5km from CBD). Wangratta's rail trail bike track is right out the front door. A perfect home to relax for families, couples, or singles. Surrounded by gardens, fruit trees, and farm land. It has large court yard for a BBQ or entertaining. A large backyard - for a kick of football, cricket, or watching the natural surroundings.

the Bungalow

A self contained bungalow at rear of Victorian residence over looking pool designed for couples. Bedroom with king bed Is connected to living space in open plan format ie no door. Separate bathroom, kitchen living area. Pool available for guests to use but is shared with others. Free Wi- Fi. Please note ; a two night minimum stay applies. We are dog friendly but within our terms and also additional cleaning fee of $50. Please add pet when booking.

Historic Wark Cottage

Wark Cottage (circa 1895) named after the original owner William Frederick Wark, has been meticulously restored to modern day standards while retaining its worker cottage roots. Original features throughout complete with pressed tin finishes, hardwood floors and working fireplace. Wark Cottage draws you back in time and creates a tranquil and relaxing place to locate yourself while visiting Chiltern and surrounds.

Westley's Cottage

Cosy log cabin situated at the base of the beautiful Warby ranges. This off the grid solar powered cottage is located in the Glenrowan wine region only 20 minutes drive from Wangaratta/Benalla,15 minutes from Winton Speedway and 10 minutes from Winton Wetlands Lovely secluded location and outlook over working farm. Ideal for couples wanting a peaceful getaway. Excellent log heater and ceiling fans.

The Old Crossroads - 1 bedroom Longstay available

Stylish, unique, and somewhat eclectic open-plan apartment, fully self-contained with large modern kitchen and laundry facilities. Less than 2 km walk to town, cafes, restaurants, shopping, parks.
