Luxurious and Royal 3BHK Apartment.

My property is a 3 storied building. Each floor has a 3bhk apartment , one of them is this listing. All 3 apartments are listed on Airbnb. My place is NOT a bungalow or a villa. The pool is a common feature for all my 3 Airbnbs,however, eversince covid we have been forced to make time slots so that each group can use their time in the pool privately. The pool is a small wave pool. Apart from 6 persons, extra persons staying over,shall be chargeable@500per head, includes mattress and breakfast.

It is well connected to tourist attractions and is a 10-15 minute taxi ride away from MG Marg, the popular pedestrian mall.

USA & UK consulates are 8 mins walk New Market is 10 mins by cab Quest Mall / Forum Mall are 15 mins by cab. Airport is 45 mins by cab and costs Inr 450 Howrah station is 30 mins . Most convenient for going anywhere in the city. We have no power back up. Power outage is rare.
