We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. A dream takes shape: Podere Cereo, to share our corner of paradise with you.

Central Cottage, garden and private parking

This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.

Ogni dettaglio è pensato nel rispetto degli animali e dell'ambiente: niente piume d'oca e i prodotti per la pulizia non testati sugli animali. La colazione è autonoma: troverete tè caffè latte vegetale yogurt muesli ecc. e una selezione di prodotti vegani. Per il rispetto di tutti l'angolo cottura è solo per preparazioni plant-based. Casa del 1700 in sasso appena ristrutturata. Vista mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti e sull'intera valle. A 3 minuti di macchina dal paese (Langhirano) dotato di tutti i servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati). Silenziosa ed immersa nel verde. 20 km da Parma. Parcheggio gratuito. Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura.

Solea Downstairs - Camera Matrimoniale Panoramica.

La camera matrimoniale con bagno privato ed ingresso indipendente, è stata appena ristrutturata. Situata in uno dei punti strategici più affascinanti che dominano il paese, la terrazza su cui si affaccia la camera è attrezzata con un tavolo e sedie, per poter godere a pieno del panorama. A pochi passi da boutique, ristoranti e dalla marina. All'interno della camera è vietato fumare o portare animali. Possibilità di parcheggio privato. CITR 011024 - CAV 0106

Ca del Duca, historical building. In the heart of Venice, the apartment overlooks the Grand Canal a few meters from Campo S. Stefano, Accademia and Piazza S.Marco. A beautiful lounge with paintings, objects and furniture from the 18th century will take you back in time. The view is one of the most beautiful in Venice, from the windows you can admire the Accademia bridge and the galleries, and the splendid Palaces of this part of the Grand Canal.

Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay. The big and bright double room, recently renovated, is located in one of the most fascinating points of the area that overlooks the town. The terrace gives an amazing 180° view and during winter it is possible to enjoy the view of the illuminated Nativity scene of Manarola from an exclusive and quiet position. Solea is only few minutes far from boutiques, restaurants and the seaside. Private parking available by request.

Cozy room with private entrance and ensuite bathroom located on the third floor of a 16th-century building in the artistic and romantic area of ​​San Polo, in the heart of Venice. Central but in a very typical neighborhood, just perfect to find your home in Venice: you can reach the main points of interest in a few minutes on foot or by water bus, with the stop less than a minute away.
