We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. We offer a newly renovated mini-apartment on the first floor of an early 20th-century building at 200 meters from the city center walls, 30 minutes walking distance from Piazza Maggiore. Outside the limited traffic area and well connected by direct buses to the airport, train station and the Bologna Fiere district. Perfect base for enjoying the wonders of the city, its restaurants and for day trips to the towns of the region. The area is calm and safe and we are always available to give advice

Central Cottage, garden and private parking

This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.

La struttura sorge in una posizione collinare all’interno dei territori delle ville di Andrea Palladio. Da qui si può facilmente ammirare in tutta la sua bellezza il volo del gheppio nella vallata antistante, che ha ispirato il nome dell’alloggio. L’alloggio è uno spazio open space comprensivo di zona giorno e zona notte con bagno privato dotato di una doccia idromassaggio. L’ingresso all’alloggio è indipendente a partire dal parcheggio privato in condivisione.
