Normalmente gli Ospiti concordano con l'Host, prima del proprio arrivo, il relativo orario approssimativo. 1) Check-in di mattina Al loro arrivo in Via San Carpoforo n. 4, gli Ospiti possono chiedere al portiere del palazzo accanto (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), il cui nome è Shiran, di chiamare la domestica (Emi) che è sempre disponibile a casa. Il portinaio Shiran è sempre in loco dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00. Gli Ospiti possono altresì pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'è sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli. L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. L'Host in ogni caso è sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131). IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI. CHECK-OUT Normalmente l'appartamento deve essere liberato, il giorno del check-out, non dopo le 11,00 - mezzogiorno (12,00 pm). Sarà cura ed onere dell'Host comunicare tempestivamente agli Ospiti la possibilità di effettuare il check-out anche più tardi, laddove richiesto, compatibilmente al calendario ed alle esigenze della Proprietà. Il check-out può essere effettuato dagli ospiti in completa indipendenza, senza alcun bisogno di attendere l'Host, seguendo le seguenti struzioni: alla ,loro partenza, gli Ospiti possono lasciare le chiavi di casa sul tavolo da pranzo, tirandosi dietro la porta e avvisando tempestivamente l'Host. Questo è quanto! L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento. Agli Ospiti è sempre concessa la possibilità di lasciare, laddove richiesto, le proprie valigie ed i propri effetti personali, anche dopo il check-out, in un luogo sicuro fintanto che ne abbiano bisogno. ________________________________________ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATIONS CHECK-IN Flexibility as the main rule: Host guarantees its availability for check-in at any time of day or night without any additional fees. Normally the apartment is available for check-in from noon (12,00 pm). The apartment’s availability before midday is promptly communicated by Host. In any case, Guests are always guaranteed to leave their luggages and personal belongings in the apartment (or in a safe place) even before check-in time (and after check-out time, as better specified below), at any time of day or night. Guests normally communicate and agree with the Host an approximate time of arrival. 1) Morning check-in At their arrival to via San Carpoforo n.4, Guests can ask the building's next doorkeeper (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), whose name is Shiran, to call Host or Housekeeper that are always available at home. The porter Shiran is always there from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 01,00pm. Guests can also push the n.7 button of intercom: there’s always someone at home waiting for them. Host lives in the same building and he ensures his constant availability to receive Guests. 2) Any time check in In the event that Guests arrive at home at any time of the day or night, it is always a good idea to notify Host in advance and agree with him an approximate time. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

The flat is in a 17th C palazzo on the 2nd floor. Has been recently refurbished to a very high standard keeping the old charm with modern touches. It has an airy feel, having day light on both sides. All windows are double glazed, blocking the noice. The master and 3rd bedroom overlook an internal courtyard, typical of the palazzo’s of its time. The second bedroom over looks a narrow Florentine road. From the sitting room, you can look out onto Piazza della Passera. A quaint small square, that has many restaurants including Quattro Leoni, a bar with great capuccino’s, and one of the best Gelatteria’s in town to cool down after a long day! Your main bridge would be famous Ponte Vecchio, from which you can access, the museums, The cathedral and all major attractions the city has to offer. The apartment is located a few steps away from Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens. The location is unbeatable! 15 minutes walk from the main train station and 200 meters to one of many underground parkings. Guests are have the whole use of the flat.
