We just completed our project & we are so excited about the years to come in the beautiful north woods of Maine - "the way life should be". The sunset views are plentiful here at this cabin. This peaceful retreat is situated on Ripley Pond. It is a wonderful property with much to do, eg, swimming, fishing, reading, floating on the pond, or cooking in our newly outfitted kitchen. The property has a dock and there are four kayaks provided for your use. A boat launch is accessible down the street for you to bring your own water toys. There are many ATV trails for you to bring your four-wheeler. Parties and large gatherings not allowed.

Embden is the 3rd cleanest lake in Maine and our lot is wooded for nice privacy. Fire pit, lounge chairs and hammock at the water's edge. Kayak, paddleboard, swim, yard games, fish or relax! Great golf close by! In the winter warm up by the fire after playing outside (sugarloaf 35 mins) ski, snowmobile, ice fish for salmon! Our driveway accommodates trailers.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.
