You are the only ones who will enter through the front door, and you’ll have a reserved parking space in the double driveway. The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.

Concordia Guest Suite, NE Portland

This sophisticated, well appointed basement guest suite with private entrance and a lovely backyard oasis is located within walking and biking distance (one mile) from the Alberta Arts District. The shaded backyard with secret garden paths calls out to you to explore. Guests are welcome to use the gas grill, outdoor patio seating, or our fire table in the evenings. We invite you to sit and enjoy some local micro-brew or local Oregon wines while relaxing here.
