This unique place has a style all of its own and offers a stunning view of trinity bay. All 3 levels have 1 bedroom with there own bathroom plus amazing ocean view from each window. The lower level you will find all the floors are heated along with a heat pump and a wood stove for cooler nights and a hot tub outside. The top level consist the master bedroom with its own ensuite. Outside has a warp around deck so you can enjoy the sun and the ocean breeze from any angle.

"The Studio" is quite possibly the most perfectly situated home in all of Flatrock! Overlooking Flatrock harbour, this home is simply perfect, with floor to ceiling windows and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Flatrock is a beautiful town, very authentic Newfoundland just 15 minutes to Downtown, St. John's.
