Tucked away in a beautiful woodsy landscape, Little Blue provides utmost tranquility while still being a short walk to the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe. 20 minutes in either direction, you will also find Lake Tahoes best attractions!

Centrally located on the North Shore in Carnelian Bay, one of Tahoe's most charming neighborhoods with its own restaurants and the north shore's only dog friendly beach. The patio also includes dining table/chairs, sun loungers and a new Weber grill and the large, clean garage is perfect for staging your adventures.

HIKING AND BIKING trails (snowshoeing and cross country skiing) and a FANTASTIC SLED HILL and are just outside my door. Yet, you are only 2 miles to the Beach; 6 miles from Northstar Ski Resort. Internet speed is 343 mbps up/down per test.
