A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. We've raised a big family and now have several empty bedrooms in one end of our home. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 beds (2 king beds and 1 twin….also a fold up twin mattress for floor) a bathroom and a living room area. It's not fancy but clean and comfortable. . Breakfast is an option if I'm available and is requested ahead of time. We’re across the street from Lake Manitou. We’re also close to 2 golf courses. We are just a few miles from H.way 31. Colorful Country Suite

Peaceful get-away in the country. Rich colorful apartment ideal for an extended business trip or just for fun. A thousand square feet of comfortable living space in our walk-out basement. Five to ten minutes from an eclectic mix of dining options and bustling art/artisan scene in downtown Goshen. Walking/biking trails are 1.5 mi. away. Bike trails are also available in Goshen and extend all the way from Elkhart to Shipshewana. We're two minutes from Goshen Airport.

Logan Square Garden Suite

Creative and quiet light-filled garden unit with lots of books, accompanied by comfortable lounge furniture and touches of nature for cozying up and relaxing after long travel or late nights. This is a perfect space for solo travelers or couples. This is also a great space if you are traveling with a small child or infant. The place is set up much like a hotel room in that it does not have a kitchen but we do provide a mini fridge and Nespresso machine.

My place is close to 80/90 Toll -road exit 83-Mishawaka IN. Visit us for events at :Notre Dame/St. Mary's/Bethel college/Holy Cross College. Mileage to ND Campus is 11.4. 15 Minutes to Elkhart Aquatic Center. Approx 20 Min to Four Winds Casino (Via the 20 Bi-pass) This Spring 2021 The Silk was chosen by AIRBNB as the 2d best place to stay in the greater South Bend-Mishawaka area. I close in January and February but re-open in March.
