This cozy, open-concept space features a queen Murphy bed, full bath with walk-in shower, organic bedding, free WiFi, premium coffee, and local artwork by Ben Joyce. Kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Note: This unit is located above a brewery, so minimal noise may be heard. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Enjoy the ambiance of a fireplace and candles, or the balcony while under the night skies or that morning coffee. Pubs and eateries 1 block away.

Treehouse in the pines - King bed

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Churchill Condo # 2 in Brownes Addition

This is a cute 2 bedroom basement unit with plenty of natural light. The private entrance is on the side of the building and you have to go down a small flight of stairs. It has off street parking , a small kitchenette, no laundry facilities. Great for quick visits where you will be out and about and eating on the town. Dogs ok with additional fee. Great walk able neighborhood 5 min from downtown and 10 min to the airport.

Perched on a west facing bluff soaking in every sunset the PNW has to offer. There are private spaces for each unit & communal spaces in the backyard like an oversized fire pit & 12ft dinner table. This little gem of a condo is across from a very large park Called Coeur D'Alene Park directly across from the condo is a tennis court open to public, huge grassy area, walk or run around the park. Easy access to I-90 and very close to downtown Spokane. Stay here for the Lilac parade, Hoop-fest, Bloomsday run, events at the convention center, for your visit to surrounding colleges or just to simply visit Spokane.
