Welcome to The Old Town Landing, Unit 300 – a lakefront apartment in Yellowknife’s Old Town. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two desks for professionals, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, keyless access, and a parking stall with a plug-in, this home blends comfort and convenience. Please note this is a 3 story walk up. Enjoy the spectacle of the Aurora Borealis from your own balcony, the midnight sun during summer, and close proximity to many restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions.

Army beach is a popular sunbathing spot, and one of the warmest and shallowest places to swim in the Yukon, which makes it great for kids. It is a bay with beige sand, surrounded by forest and scenic mountains. It is part of marsh lake and flows north into the iconic Yukon River. In April it is a good time to see migrating swans coming North.

Cabin Near Whitehorse Optional Sauna Add-On

15 Minutes from Downtown Whitehorse, this log cabin will give you a unique wilderness experience with the convenience of being close to town. Locals call this type of cabin an off-grid dry cabin. This means there is electricity but no running water. Water is sourced from our home next door. We will provide each guest with fresh water via blue water jugs. All hot water will need to be boiled. We have an outhouse situated 30 feet from the cabin for private use.
