During the blueberry season experience the joyful bustle of the pick-your-own blueberries and flowers, Mid-July - August. Private guest house attached to farmhouse. Enjoy our patio and spacious lawns plus in-ground pool. Walk along the blueberry bushes, farm roads and woodland trails. Guest space has a simple & natural aesthetic, a relaxing haven.

The Cabin - Spring Creek, Pennsylvania

A modern cabin on a half-acre with a refined rustic element. There are lots of amenities like a gas grill, arcade games, corn-hole, and more. Many people in our area would call this their “camp,” a place to sit by a campfire or curl up on the couch for a nap. The cabin has three bedrooms, a fully operational kitchen, and a full bathroom. In the winter you might need a AWD vehicle to reach the cabin because of the snow. Ask about walking access to the creek for April -August trout fishing

Arkwright, Cozy Country Farm Stay!

Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Patchen Hill Farm House, Tree Farm & Arboretum is a wonderful old farm house on 120 acres with a barn, apple orchards, berry bushes, forests, trails, ponds & hardwood trees. The house has four bed rooms with additional sitting room, living room, dining room, laundry room, game room, kitchen with kitchen dinning nook. It's a wonderful old house with charm and vintage appeal. Rent the whole house. There is hiking, fishing, berry/apple picking, and more. Great for families & friends. Pet friendly.

Cottage at Lake Tranquility

Located beside 3.5-acre lake (private) with deck overlooking a pasture and swans ... a peaceful getaway. Upstairs is a loft with twin beds and small office. Electric heating and A/C make it very cozy. A queen-sized bedroom on the first-floor, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and laundry room. The living area is directly above horse stalls in the basement. We have isolated that area from the living spaces, but if you are extremely sensitive to farm odors you might prefer to stay somewhere else.
