The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. This lovely historic coach house is situated in our garden with a private and secure entrance. It is two storeys with a spacious bedroom on the first floor. It can accommodate up to four people with 2 beds, a double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs. There is plenty of free parking on the street. There is kitchenette with single hob, microwave, toaster. Fridge freezer. The cottage is most suitable for a couple self catering or small family. The Internet is very fast and reliable.
