Boligen ligger mellom byen og marka, begge i gangavstand, ca. 10 minutter. En flott beliggenhet om du er interessert i turer i det alpine landskapet som omringer Svolvær. Et godt utgangspunkt for å utforske Lofoten. Boligen del av en generasjonsbolig med egen inngang. Det er mulig å parkere to biler utenfor huset, om sommeren tre. Ca 140 kvm med stort kök och köksö, öppna sällskapsytor, öppen spis, stor bastu samt två badrum. Pulkabacke utanför och ca 5 minuter till skidbacken med bil. Skidbuss finns vid gatans slut för dig utan bil. Elbilsladdning finns, elförbrukning betalas av gästen. Sänglinne/handdukar ingår ej. Avresestäd enligt villkor.
