This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

The Barnbrook House

Come relax in the serenity of the quiet countryside. This home boasts beautiful views, a large stone fireplace, and stained glass windows throughout the home. Enjoy the comforts of home with a full kitchen, amenities, and beds with 1500 thread count sheets while exploring the interesting features of this one of a kind house. Sit by the spring fed pond overlooking the property laced with apple trees. The home has direct access to short walking trails and is close to VAST trails for snowmobiling.

In-Town Norwich 1.5 miles to Hanover/Dartmouth

Located in the center of Norwich, this modern townhome-style accommodation is a wing attached to our residence. Enjoy your upstairs master suite + office/2nd bedroom, downstairs "café" and all-season sunroom. Relax with a view to the garden and woods beyond. We are 1.5 miles to Hanover/Dartmouth, and 1.0 mile to King Arthur Baking. Our street is part of the Appalachian Trail, and you will be near many Upper Valley attractions. We live onsite and are available to assist you upon request.

Set in a lovely 3 acre garden setting, our Airbnb is 1/4 mile from the lake and 23 minutes from Dartmouth College or the Ski-way. This private, comfortable apartment is built onto our house with its own entrance, hardwood floors, radiant heat, large windows, full kitchen and bath, & gorgeous garden views. There is Wifi ,TV, and work table. Located in the heart of the Upper Valley. In town on the Main Street. We are 5 miles to Dartmouth College and 2 Hospitals Retail and restaurants near by.
