Hilton House Two is perfectly located in the heart of Hilton, just 800m from the N3 highway. It is close to local schools and shopping centres. The cottage has its own private garden and own entrance and is joined to the main house. The property has remote gate access, with secure parking directly outside the cottage. Yellowwoods Farm- Midlands/ Balgowan/ Curry’s Post

Built in 1896, this is one of the original Natal Midlands farmhouses, made from traditional blue cut stone, yellowwood floorboards and wrap around verandah. The house is surrounded by an established garden and is a truly unique family-friendly home. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite). The Pool Cottage next to the house can also be booked as an additional/5th bedroom if needed. Guest WC, sitting room, dining room, wrap around verandah, TV room. Full DSTV, WiFi and swimming pool.

Unfortunately due to ongoing biosecurity measures access to the dairy and cattle areas will not be allowed. The cottage is self catering, and close to Mooi River town for supplies or takeaways. There is 4km of rough dirt road to access the farm (high clearance vehicles recommended)

The cottage is completely load shedding friendly, with a gas stove and gas geyser and inverter that runs the lights and TV. The veranda has folding doors that open completely for a 180 degree view of the farm and dam. This is an ideal family unit, or a cozy couples break away.
