Das in Holzbauweise neu gebaute Chalet wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im März 2024 fertiggestellt. Es wurde im modernen Stil errichtet und erfüllt höchste energetische Anforderungen. Der Weg vom eigenen Parkplatz, durchs Haus, bis zur überdachten Veranda mit neuem, elektrisch beheiztem Whirlpool wurde ebenerdig gestaltet. Innen können Sie es sich mit dem Holzofen und der eigenen Sauna (kostenfrei) gemütlich machen . Der Nationalparkradweg wunderschöne Wanderrouten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Během pobytu na tomto úžasném místě tě obklopí zvuky přírody, krásné výhledy na Lipenskou přírodu a také nezvyklý komfort, který poskytuje náš TinyHouse na tomto speciálním místě. Ideální pro klidnou dovolenou. V okolí jsou pouze další dvě chaty a náš dům s apartmany. Využívat můžete dětské hřiště, ohniště, venkovní posezení, gril na terase. Chata je plně vybavena, ložnice se dvěmi manželskými postelemi, krbová kamna, koupelna se sprchou, vybavená kuchyň, posezení na terase.

Bis zwei Personen wird ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eine moderne gut ausgestattete kleine Wohnküche geboten.

Sie bewohnen das ganze Ferienhaus, welches komplett eingezäunt ist, für sich alleine und teilen es nur mit Ihren Mitreisenden.

The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

Willkommen im Rodlhaus GruBÄR! Der Holzofen im Wohn- und Essbereich sorgt für wohlige Wärme. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen ein. Vom Balkon blickst du ins Naturschutzgebiet und hast direkten Zugang zur großen Rodl. Im Obergeschoss findest du gemütliche Schlafplätze. Entspannen kannst du in der Fasssauna im Garten oder in der Hängematte mit Ausblick. Café Maschine: Tschibo Cafissimo Verschiede Sauna-Aufguss Öle vorhanden. Wir freuen uns auf dich :)
