We will prepare a plate of handmade pasta carbonara; fresh pasta prepared according to my grandmother’s recipe, which I improved in the best Italian and International cooking schools (Institute PAUL BOCUSE 3* Michelin in the beautiful Ecully castle): old style, with only few ingredients and a good aperitif in your hands.
