Conveniently located 2 1/2 blocks from Circle beach and Hidden Cove Marina, it is a short drive into downtown Sag Harbor and a 1/4 mile walk to Trout Pond. and nature trails. Up the street we have a grocery store, liquor store, restaurant and deli. Kayak rentals nearby. Outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off and a gas grill for outdoor dining. Extra bedroom is a Cabin in the middle of the property and was a recording studio, now has queen bed, wifi, fridge, micro wave, heat and AC, TV and DVD player but no bathroom. You have your own parking spots, entrance and outdoor dining area and outdoor shower.
