The studio has a cozy kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. The private redwood deck is an ideal place to have coffee as you savor one of the best views of Thunder Mountain.

It has a very private keyless entrance, off-street parking and a private yard/patio area with a BBQ. You might see deer, elk, or fox in the meadow right outside the kitchen table window - a unique experience so close to downtown.

Our place is a cozy attached studio apartment with a private entrance. There is a queen size bed, kitchenette, and full size bathroom and nice vaulted ceilings throughout. It is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in west Sedona. Hiking trails are around the corner and grocery stores are a couple blocks away. We have the most efficient mini split heating and air conditioning unit available for those that appreciate a low carbon footprint.
