This private country setting bnb is located on 13 acres. It features a full kitchen including an air fryer, tons outdoor space to explore and on-site shop with many convenience foods. It is 1 mile from Plum Orchard Lake and about 20 minutes from the New River Gorge & ACE adventure resort. There is also larger shop on the property with even more convenience items, fresh eggs, lavender products, local maple syrup & honey. Enjoy an extended stay at Lavender Hill Roost, or just stop by for a night.

The Zelek House

With a convenient location and charming interior, The Zelek House offers its guests a comforting, cozy stay. As a tribute to locals who lived and loved well in their homes for many decades, The Zelek House embodies a sense of family and warmth within its walls. Make some memories and get sorted in the tiny great hall, camp out at the cup, sleep in a common room, head for the magical candy shop, and solve the puzzles in the herbology themed escape room! Small details abound from the familiar characters in portraits to the potions cabinet, the car in the tree, the Lumos & Nox switches, & much more. All just outside the New River Gorge National Park! Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.

Songbird Sanctuary

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our place is on a little dirt road with a beautiful view of the sun rising over the mountains and horses grazing in the field. Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. No nosy neighbors, but the sound of children playing nearby. Just minutes away from rafting, mountain climbing and new river gorge

The Seed is inspired by nature in design, its rooted in a calm residential area in downtown Oak Hill WV. Only 12 miles drive to New River Gorge National park. NRG Roundabout | 1 Mile to Fayetteville & Nat’l Pk

The NRG Roundabout is 1 mile from downtown Fayetteville, WV. The gateway to the New River Gorge National Park. It is close to Rt.19 and 2 miles from the famous New River Gorge Bridge. You will enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, rafting, restaurants and more! Updates: Flooring in kitchen, living room and hallway. Additional bedroom, new carpet in all bedrooms, roof and storm door. Exterior painted. Tomodachi resides on the back half of the property.

Cute 1-BR stone cottage close to NRG

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.

Five minutes from Fayetteville, the closest town to the New River Gorge National Park, and ten minutes to ACE Adventure resort.

We are minutes away from many of the major attractions in the area including: rafting companies (i.e. ACE and Adventures on the Gorge, and River Expeditions), hiking, shops, and restaurants. We are located within the city of Oak Hill so no crazy backroads or surprises : ) Relax on our back porch, around the firepit, or inside in the air conditioning after a great day of having fun!
