The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

Has a yard with great views. Dock free unless you use for your boat/kayak. $25/night for kayak, $60/night for boat.

Located directly across from beach with a path from the frontyard to the beach. Comfortable beach house, tastefully decorated on the West end of the island with large deck overlooking the ocean. The short sandy beach path is right out the front door. The home has ocean views and peaks of the river to the rear. View both sunrises and sunsets on this end of island. 9 blocks from the vibrant , eclectic center of town is where you'll find local cafes, restaurants, stores, bars and the pier.

TinyShack has everything you need despite being so quaint. We are close to the city center, parks, airport, art and culture, and Charleston. You’ll love our place because we are one block from the Beach, and 3 blocks from Down Town Folly Beach. The backyard is private. Includes cute kitchenette, and comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. 2 heartbeats only; including all adults, children and infants. We must follow city rules.

Cottage Under the Oaks

A lovely studio centrally located on James Island, The Cottage is about 5 miles to Folly Beach or Downtown. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything on the island is within a few miles. *No children under 13 without prior approval.* **We do have a 30-day minimum during some dates. Our newly renovated condo is the best location for those wanting to explore all that Charleston has to offer. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a spacious porch for you to enjoy a meal and the warm breeze. This is the perfect beach getaway.
