This place is a gemstone surrounded by a ton of things to do locally. The Little Elm Beach is there for nice sandy beaches. Trails for those hikers in the area. Rent a boat or go to the wake park. Bring your own food and cook out on the grill. We have access to the lake by the tiny home where you can walk down to the lake.

Nestled behind a Craftsman home on a quaint street, The Fallon House is a thoughtfully designed standalone cottage, and offers anything you may need for a private retreat. The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish studio. Located off of Interstate 35, this is a prime location for taking a quick trip down to Dallas or to the UNT college campus. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Our guest house is in the heart of Denton, a block east of the Bell Avenue Historic District, with all the amenities to make your time in Denton relaxing and meaningful. This 1 room cabin is only a couple hundred feet from the actual shoreline with a beautiful view of the lake. It accommodates 2 guests with a comfortable queen size bed and is equipped with a Roku TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Also provided at no additional charge is a propane grill for steak night and kayaks on a first come first served basis to all guests.
