3 Acres on Miami Creek 20 Miles to Yosemite

3 acres close to Yosemite, Bass Lake , Golf Courses, and Indian Casino. Located on historic route 49 and 3 miles to 41 or for groceries , restaurants ect. Queen sized bed in room with TV. Living space has desk, 70 Inch UHD 4k TV , Netflix , and WiFi. Kitchen has fridge, coffee maker, stove, microwave, toaster oven and essentials. Grill or relax outdoors as Miami Creek flows through summer. 400 ft dirt road from paved road with plenty of parking. Yosemite South gate is up Hwy 41 about 20 miles.

Close to Bass Lake and 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. The Garden House is a great jumping off point for all of your mountain adventures! Nearby you will find Bass Lake (15 min) and the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park (30 min). The town of Oakhurst offers restaurants, cute shops, grocery stores & more. This studio guest house sleeps 2 and is located in a quiet neighborhood which a great place to take a walk and enjoy the wildlife and mountain views. It has its own private entrance and small porch with garden seating.

New Tiny House near Bass Lake, 13 Acres w/Hot Tub

New tiny house, on 13 private acres, suitable for two adults. Spend the day hiking at Yosemite and come home to your hot tub filled with mountain spring water and tidy tiny home. Over 13 acres with amazing views, in the residential zone near Bass Lake. There are two other homes on the 13 acres at the top of the property, but they are vacant and you have the property all to yourself! We now have Starlink for good internet connection and the cell service is good.

A Short Suite Retreat

Cozy tiny home, just 3 miles North of Oakhurst on Highway 49. A 30 minute drive to the South Gate (Hwy 41 )of Yosemite. Easy access to North entrance from the home as well. We are centrally located to access Yosemite National Park through entrance. Bass lake is 10 min away from the home. They offer boat rentals and jet ski's for a day on the lake. Many sights and hikes to visit in and outside of the park. (Self Check in any time after 4 no cut off time)
