Living space has desk, 70 Inch UHD 4k TV , Netflix , and WiFi. Kitchen has fridge, coffee maker, stove, microwave, toaster oven and essentials. Grill or relax outdoors as Miami Creek flows through summer. 400 ft dirt road from paved road with plenty of parking. Yosemite South gate is up Hwy 41 about 20 miles.

We have a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, bbq and patio set for outdoor eating. The house is equipped with wifi, 2 AC units (upstairs & down) and space heaters. Watch the stars at night, or see deer grazing in the yard. Enjoy our cute peaceful neighborhood on 1 acre of private land!

It offers easy access to Yosemite National Park (30 minutes to the entrance and 1.5 hours to Yosemite Valley) and Bass Lake (15 minutes). Town center, stores and restaurants are 1.5 miles away.
