Brent & Jean's Grain Bin Inn (Barn)

This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals!

This two bedroom, two bath, has been renovated to reflect the rough and tumble, primitive days in Hays City. With modern amenities such as, but not limited to, heated floors, air conditioning, walk in showers, a large antique soaking tub, coffee, king and queen beds. Historic photos and books make for an interesting stay!

Relax and enjoy the beautiful, quiet country setting. We are a working ranch family, so you will often find cattle grazing nearby and hay being baled in the summer. Bring your bike/tennis shoes for miles of country roads. Your well trained pets are welcome and we have space for a few horses to overnight too! Rooms are located in the second story of the ranch barn. The stairs in the barn will take each guest to their room. Bedrooms have private entrances along with their own private shower, toilet and saloon doors in bathroom. Guests enjoy good cell phone service, free WiFi, and Netflix in each room. Guests can park in front of the barn and the keys are left in the door. When checking out, please leave room keys on the end table when you depart.
