Hacerlo en una vieja casa que forma parte de la historia de la ciudad es un privilegio. Decorada con mobiliario hecho con parte de la vieja fábrica de aceite, reconstruida con la idea de la preservación en un ambiente vintage, la casa cuenta con muchos elementos para gozar Oaxaca y su corazón de sabor y color.

King size bed in the 2nd floor (super comfortable) plus a sofa-bed in the 1st floor (quite confortable). Shared spacious garden and terrace. Exquisite vernacular decoration. Located in a traditional, homy, still central and safe neighborhood. I'm always available for questions/requests. Feel very welcome :)

Cómodo departamento ubicado a solo 10 cuadras del zócalo de la Ciudad. Recién remodelado y con mobiliario nuevo de estilo industrial-contemporáneo. Es una excelente opción de alojamiento para quienes gustan de lugares cómodos, modernos y con todos los servicios. Los cuartos son amplios, con aire acondicionado, tv y bien iluminados gracias a sus ventanales. 1 habitación, 1 baño completo, cocina integral, mesa comedor y área de TV. No cuenta con estacionamiento privado solo en la calle.

Ideal for large families or groups that come to Oaxaca for vacations, wedings or work. A unique property protected by UNESCO, which includes free wifi, hot water 24hrs, bedding, towels, shampoo, soap, cable TV, kitchen, refrigerator, stove, coffe maker, microwave oven and some meals for breakfast.

Sweet Studio downtown

Nice little studio with air conditioning two blocks from the Zócalo of the city. Walk to all attractions in 10 minutes. The place is nicely furnished with simple Oaxacan charm. Everything is provided. Please note that since it is in a restaurant area there might be some noise at night... We do have double glazed windows, however it is not recommended for light sleepers (hence we kept the reasonable price for this list)...
