The location is ideal for accessing Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains, or Knoxville (for UT game days). Location! Location! Location! Our 1 bedroom condo is in the very heart of Pigeon Forge, just across from The Island. Shops, restaurants, attractions, Dollywood, and Publix just minutes away. Gatlinburg is about 15 minutes, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 15 minutes. The condo is newly renovated with all oak/tile floors, a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa bed, sleeps 4, a walk in shower, high ceilings, 2 flat screen TVs, free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor pool.

This unit is located in a quiet residential area and is Unit #2 of 3. This unit is located on the left side of the complex and is downstairs (at ground level) . It has 1 bedroom-king bed, 1 bath, sitting room in with bedroom, dining area with twin bed, full kitchen and washer/dryer.There is a charcoal grill located out the back door. Located near: 10 miles to Gatlinburg, 5 miles to Dollywood, 5 miles to Tanger Outlet Mall, 12 miles to National Park and 30 miles to Clingmans Dome.

Nuthouse - Pickle Ball, Firepit, mountain views

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).
