Gatlinburg/Downtown/2br/Private House

A specious 2 bedroom one level house with an attached garage ( no garage door). The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking, Keurig coffee pot, microwave, toaster and more. A large dining table seating 6 is in the kitchen with additional folding table and chairs available upon request. Cozy living room featuring a wood burning fireplace, comfortable couch, which also folds out into a queen size bed and a love seat. We have many board games for those rainy days and some books. Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos, very convenient for families with children. One bathroom is located in the hallway and the other is attached to the master bedroom. Two bedrooms, one has two full size beds the other has a king size bed. The property is fenced in and there are cameras on the outside only facing the parking lot and the garage for our guests safety. We own the whole property and both buildings on it. There is a two story building on the same parking lot, it has monthly rentals as well as Airbnbs in it. Please note, pets are welcome. We do charge pet fees of $175/ stay. We allow up to 2 pets

This charming mountain home is perfectly located near all of the great activities associated with Gatlinburg, TN. The cabin is a three bedroom 2.5 bath layout. Please note the third bedroom is an open-air loft with a double bed (better for one adult or two small kids). The two main bedrooms each have king beds with their own connected bathrooms.
