Das denkmalgeschützte Bürgerhaus aus dem frühen 16. Jahrhundert wurde und wird noch liebevoll restauriert. Besonderer Wert wurde auf ökologische Baumaterialien (Holzfußboden, Kalkputz, Lehmputz im Bad) gelegt, so dass sich die Unterkunft für Menschen, die gesund schlafen wollen, sehr gut eignet. Nur einen Sprung entfernt befindet sich die schöne historische Innenstadt Schwabachs mit vielen Cafes, Gaststätten und Geschäften. Ein Kino ist nur etwa 300 m entfernt.

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

My Apartment is perfect for Oktoberfest-lovers (10 min walk). But you are also very central if you just want to enjoy the city! In 3 min you find yourself in the shopping streets ;) The flat is on the ground floor. The subway (U1, U2, U3 and U6) and bus station Sendlinger Tor is around the corner. There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.

U-Bahn Anschluss direkt vor der Haustüre. Wir haben Schlafplätze für 4 Gäste, Kinder und Hunde sind herzlich willkommen.
