Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! The coop was trailered over from our grandpa's farm, and converted to an Airbnb/summer kitchen! You will have two bedrooms, a living area and a kitchenette all to yourself. The cabin is less than a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Vermilion South Dakota and 30 minutes from Yankton , SD. Lewis and Clark recreational area.
