Unser 78m² großes Gästehaus bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Das Zentrum der Wohnung bildet das geräumige Wohn-/Esszimmer. Die Unterkunft verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschplatz und WC. Daneben gibt es noch ein seperates Gäste WC. Die geräumige Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Induktions-Kochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Filterkaffeemaschine und einem Kühlschrank mit separaten Tiefkühlfächern.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.
