Enjoy the comfort of our indoor entertainment area with wifi and a roku device for your streaming pleasure or whip up your favorite meal in our kitchen complete with appliances & dishes.

Rosie's Retreat new w outdoor kitchen & fire pit!

Completely refurbished and modernized, Rosie's Retreat has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, large closet, and fireplace. There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sectional/sofa bed and 1-2 more on the futon in the dressing room! Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

The Dragonfly - Sleeps up to 8, Lake views.

The Dragonfly House is located between Hwy 22 and Lake Drive. The back yard views of the sunset are spectacular! 3 minute walk to the lake. Newly renovated. This home has a large yard with private drive. Plenty of space for several trucks with boats. I have a picnic table, grill and fire pit for you. Added a Fish cleaning station! House has all amenities that you would need except food! Keep an eye out for the Eagles while you stay!!! If you have questions, feel free to email me!

The Hut II on Reelfoot Lake

The Hut II is a clean 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house with a full kitchen. Located right across from Reelfoot lake where you can sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. Sleeping arrangements offer bedroom 1 with a full and twin bed, bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds and bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds. The Hut II offers parking in the front or a carport for parking in the back. So you can enjoy the comforts of home while enjoying a vacation at the lake or a fishing/hunting trip.

Sam's Place is a recently remodeled 2 BD, 2 Bath and is the perfect spot for a get-a-way, business trip or adventure. This one-story townhome is in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, Discovery Park of America and 10 miles from the University of Tennessee at Martin. This little cottage is in a lovely historical area that is set on a dead-end street. History is abundant here. The cottage expresses the calmness and friendliness of the area. The cottage was built in the 50's and is sound and decorated in antiques of a French style. There are two patios to relax on in total privacy.
