There is a park style grill on site, an outdoor sink, an outdoor shower and a shared restroom with a toilet and a sink, all steps away from your camper. No pets allowed.

You can go by bicycle (provided free) saving $30 parking - yes, a great deal! Great for short stays while visiting the parks having a decent place to rest at night.

Cozy Camper Stay

Experience camper life in a quiet neighborhood 20 minutes from the heart of Gainesville! Staying in a camper is a unique adventure! Before reserving, please note: Shower and bunk beds CANNOT accommodate folks taller than 5'8". Camper does not have a TV or Wifi. Toilet is connected to a holding tank rather than traditional plumbing. If the valve is held open longer than necessary when flushing, odors from the tank can escape into the RV. There are steps getting in and out of the camper.

A 30 ft motorhome located on a secluded, heavily wooded lot. Plenty of privacy with private entrance. You'll have a kitchenette with a stovetop, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Dishes, utensils, pots & pans provided. Bedroom has queen sized bed, closets with hangers, TV with DVD player, remote. Sepate bathroom & shower, towels provided, hair dryer, first aid kit. Outside is a sitting area with firepit, hammock. Please enjoy the property. Not wheelchair friendly.

Happy Acres Ranch is close to Rainbow River for swimming & canoeing. We are not a dude ranch. We are a working horse ranch. Green grass and horses dot the landscape on 30 acres. Happy Acres is good for families (with kids), business travelers, and small pets. We take one small dog 10 to 15 pounds. Please check with host for pet rules & any exceptions to our policy as to the # of pets. Please notify host if you plan to bring a pet.
