Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

1 bedroom cottage 3 houses from the beach walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, bars, liquor store, mini golf, coffee and shops. 1 Queen bed and 1 full sofa bed. Perfect for a couples getaway or a family with young children. 280 Sq ft. Full kitchen, 2 burner gas range top, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, full bath with shower, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher. Private patio, table with 4 chairs, umbrella, grill and outdoor shower No bedding, blankets or towels provided.

Spring Lake Family Rental- 3 Blocks from Beach

Welcome to our Airbnb rental! The apartment rental is on the same property as our home, and is above the garage in back of our home. This is a completely private space, but we do share the driveway of the home and since the apartment is above the garage, we are occasionally in the garage grabbing our bikes or beach chairs. The space is within walking distance of the beach, lake, and shops/restaurants in town. There are enough beds to accommodate larger families for a beach getaway!
