Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

The Mini House

Nestled on Joondalup Resort Golf Club, 2 km from the Beach, The Mini House is a super stylish tranquil haven. With marble floors, 2 top quality double beds, one on mezzanine up sturdy ladder stairs, luxury spa shower, gourmet kitchen, a beautifully designed apartment. Facilities: smart TV, PS4, outdoor private courtyard, shared laundry, outdoor spa (till 10pm) at rear of main house with privacy blinds. Host separate in main house. Parking space.
