Includes: 3 TVs (1 Roku TV), free Netflix & Disney+, fast Wi-Fi, 1 Queen bed, 1 King bed, and 2 pull out sofas. Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & clean towels Kitchen amenities: cups, plates, silverware, electric rice cooker, coffee/tea station & various utensils. We hope you will enjoy relaxing or working in our serene beach condo. If you have any questions, I am here to answer them 24/7. Only the garage is on the first floor with direct access to the unit. There are stairs leading up to the main level which is on the second floor. The main level consists of 2 br/2 ba, kitchen, W/D and living room. Natural, comfortable, simple, clean and spacious. Gated property with security guard. 1 car garage with direct access to the unit. Additional guest parking available near unit (must use hanging pass).
