The bungalow has a bright sunny fresh coastal feel. The location is quiet and peaceful with a tropical garden to relax in. The bungalow is located in the CBD of Wollongong, 2 min drive to all amenities, beaches, restaurants/bars and cafes, 10min walk to Wollongong railway station, buses and Wollongong Hospital.

Modern architectural kiwi bach nestled on the edge of a tidal lagoon between Ligar Bay and Tata Beach. The Bach is a compact 55sqm with a large sheltered and covered deck with all day sun. A master bedroom links on to a compact lounge & ensuite bathroom, dining & kitchen area from either side all with full views of the water & lagoon.
