Welcome to my little farm! It has been a labor of love since 2022! What started as a love for animals, soon grew into a love for hosting, hospitality, and watching the face of a child light up as they see a goat eye to eye for the first time! Come enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing and watch the goats play, guarded by Sampson, a lovable Great Pyrenees who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy. I’ll leave the light on for you!

Whether you are looking for a waterside retreat or a fun filled vacation, The Welcome Wagon is sure to fit the bill! Unfortunately, host fees are increasing from 3% to 15.5% on 9/15/26 so pricing on this platform will reflect that increase. If you like to fish, this is the perfect spot for you, as you have direct access to the Hiwassee River. Not a fisherman? Grab a book & relax on the private dock or sun porch. LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.
