Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, Downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Cozy cottage apartment on a quiet, wooded lot in Normaltown, walking distance from funky bars and restaurants, and just under 2 miles from Sanford Stadium and the Georgia Theater. If you're traveling with kids, or just want to act like a kid, come play on our trampoline, soccer field or basketball court, walk the trail in the back woods, or cozy up around our fire pit.

Situated on the Oconee River in the lovely River Bottom neighborhood, you'll enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of your own private custom-built cedar sauna, spacious marble shower, outdoor Jacuzzi, king bed & more. The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

Pet-Friendly Backyard Studio Retreat

Relax in our quiet townhouse retreat. *note: the bathroom is on the second floor. Downstairs is a living area with sofa bed and a queen-sized bed. It’s perfect for two guests but also great for children or three adults. Our converted garage uses space heaters in each area. Check the upstairs ledge for the heater/AC remote to control the window unit. Our kitchenette has only microwave available. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES ALLOWED. Upstairs is a large bathroom and listening area with turntable.
