Lakefront Paradise

Our lakefront home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The living area boasts large windows for natural light to flood the space while providing beautiful view of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the enclosed sunroom & living rooms are perfect for family dinners or time with friends. NOTE: The dock & patio furniture are not available until later in the Spring due to WI weather. Message for details.

Downstairs: full kitchen, living room with pellet fireplace and pull-out bed, dining for 4, half bath, laundry. Outside: grill station, patio, firepit, and a wraparound porch with rocking chairs. Perfect for ATV and UTV riders, history lovers, groups wanting space, and anyone craving quiet, peaceful space surrounded by nature.

This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home below the upper Balsam dam close to County A bridge, with stairs to dock on Wolf River so you have boat access to Shawano Lake, takes about 20 min to lake with 35 HP pontoon you can rent from American Marine. I'll send youtube link upon request. House is 3 miles south of Menominee casino and 3 miles north of downtown. Snowmo trails nearby, great place to stay for Packer games bring your family or plan a get away with your friends. WiFi and YouTube TV available.
