Cozy Beach Apartment W/ Sea View, Free Parking &AC

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

When we first visited E23Luz we were blown away by the amazing views overlooking the sea, Rocha Negra (Black Rock), the beach and the Roman Ruins. We loved the place so much that we spent 5 months renovating the property extensively with the goal of making the view the main focus. Vai adorar o meu espaço porque é um apartamento com vista para o mar, de 2 assoalhadas, com cerca de 78 m2, situado muito perto do centro, com acesso à praia da Nossa Senhora do Mar, além da praia principal e da praia dos Alteirinhos, com estacionamento à frente e atrás do edifício. O meu espaço é bom para casais, aventuras individuais, viajantes de negócios, e famílias (com crianças).

Localizado junto à praia da D. Ana, numa das falésias mais bonitas de Portugal, o nosso estúdio de praia fica num condomínio com vista para o mar e praia da D. Ana, a 2-3 minutos a pé da praia, 10 minutos a pé do bonito centro histórico, onde poderá encontrar excelentes restaurantes, bares e bonitas lojas. Nota: Só aceitamos 1 bebé (dos 0 aos 2 anos).
