My 2bhk flat is 100 meters away from New Merine drive road, Puri sea beach(2 minutes ) . Swargadwar famous beach is just 10 minute walk . It is next to Hotel Gajapati and surrounded by many Hotels. You can get good restaurants, shopping places, clean sea beach nearby. Lord Jaggnath temple situated 2 km distance from the house. You can enjoy beautiful Puri sea beach and scenery of sunrise from window and Balcony. My place is managed by caretaker Sabitry who is available for all your needs
