The Wissahickon Inn - The Cozy Cabin In The Woods

You'll love our cabin in the woods! Once a historic mercantile, the Wissahickon Cabin has been transformed into a cozy cabin for 2 - 4 guests. The cabin is situated in the forest and visible from the Gandy Dancer Trail. The front porch boasts an access path directly to the popular Woolly Bike Trail. Our cabin is secluded in the woods, but it's less than a 5-minute drive to downtown St Croix Falls, Interstate Park, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the north woods!

Experience our newly-built eco-friendly tiny home perched right on the edge of the ridge above the majestic St Croix River Valley. Enjoy expansive views from the deck, the loft or the many windows looking out over the valley. Enjoy our private electric barrel-sauna, fire-pit, gas grill, pond with canoes and kayak, Wolf Creek with swimming hole or just chill on the ridge watching the many birds and wildlife. You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. Be aware, you will have to share the party room side with some homeschoolers on Wednesday mornings.

Cozy Cabin Lake Front

Great little cabin in a small town, just about 1 hour north of the twin cities. 2 bedroom 1 bath, 650 square foot cabin. Our lake is not beach front, and there are no beaches on the lake. The lake is only 11 feet deep, spring and creek fed. Later in the summer, the water can get murky and filled with algae. Great place to enjoy peace and quiet. Very relaxing! Please note: No parties. Pets welcome with $25 fee. Closest grocery store about twenty minutes away.
