Suite 2 - Ocean Suite This condo is located at the rear of the property. The Ocean Suite is inspired by the bold ever changing surface of the tides in a combination of aqua, sea-blue & white-water color palette. The floor plan features an open-concept kitchen with farm-sink, stainless appliances, floating oak shelving, & is fully equipped with the needed essentials. A private terrace off the bedroom with retractable awning & bistro table set is an ideal space to enjoy a book or soak up the sun.

North Side 2 story apartment on 2nd and 3rd floors. Large deck with Weber gas grill and patio table and chairs. Large deck off of master bedroom with king size bed. There are 1 1/2 baths with a washer and dryer. Both decks overlook the bay with amazing sunsets. The bay has striped bass, seals, Egrets, Great Blue Herons and many other birds. Mitsubishi heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Kayaks are available for use in the bay. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach (100 yards)
