Located just a 7-minute walk from Keihan Shinomiya Station, about 10 minutes by train from Kyoto Station, with easy access to central Kyoto and Lake Biwako. One compact parking space is available; larger cars can use nearby coin parking.

Or ride the bus 30 min. from downtown Kyoto or 20 min. from JR Otsukyo Sta. and get off before Hieidaira convenience store. The host will meet you there. Bus service drastically reduced since Covid-19. Free parking space. Easy access to both Kyoto and Lake Biwa. Rich in nature. Completely detached, full privacy, handy & cozy like home. We have renovated the bathroom and kitchen areas to make your stay more comfortable while still retaining the charm of the townhouse, such as the low ceilings and narrow, steep stairs.
