"Quirky Cottage"

Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

Spacious, Cozy and Private

My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge. Sea Shell condo is located in the 19 unit Sunset Cottages complex on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. “Gulf Side”, just over 200 steps from the sand, no roads to cross, relaxing on the beach in minutes! The Sea Shell has 2nd floor partial gulf views from the dining room window, and both balconies. Inside is a spacious 750 sq.ft. to lounge and relax including; large great room, large bedroom and bath, condo built in 2000.
