The best beach in Martin county is only 1.8 miles from the property. The property has dock access for fishing and watching awesome sunrises over the Indian River. There is a private patio with a charcoal grill and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The bed is king size and super comfortable. There are 2 TV's in cottage.

Grill on the BBQ, make smores in the shared firepits, enjoy a nice lunch on a picnic table, sip a cup of coffee or tea in the screened in porch, or go for a swim in the heated saltwater community pool. Bring your fishing boat and park it in one of the docks (first come, first serve) and enjoy fishing. (Host has fishing rods). There is also a fish cleaning station.
