The bungalow is a renovated and professionally decorated two-bedroom, one-bath house with a garage and laundry facilities. The modern kitchen boasts a gas range, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and essential appliances. Breakfast items are stocked as well. Three TVs with YouTube TV, Prime TV, and Netflix provided by the Host. Bedrooms have a new queen bed and a sofa in the living room for a maximum of 5 guests plus a pack and play for little ones. Enjoy a furnished deck, fire pit.

The kitchen is equipped with a small bar sink, double hot plate, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, kuerig, toaster oven, small fridge and cooking essentials. Talk about Luxury! Steps from the Gathering Place, welcome to this new, modern home with a gourmet kitchen! After playing in the pool, relax in the game room or play some ping pong. The pool is heated to 75 degrees April 1-October 31 and the spa is kept at 90 degrees but guests may increase the temp. *We do not charge guests to heat spa/pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the spa/pool become unavailable due to extreme weather (below freezing) or malfunctions.
