Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

It is very large apartment in a big house in which me and my father live, but we are totally separated from apartments, you have your own covered parking spot, garden, terrace and a big terrace separated from the apartment, everything you can see on the pictures. Villa Marin - first row by the sea

Villa Marin is situated in the first row by the sea. Pool is 8x4x1,4 meters. You can enjoy beautiful blue sea from all rooms. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.

There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

Apartment has 4 bedrooms (One room has the option of a sofa bed for two smaller children or 1 adult), , kitchen, 3 .toilet, large grill terrace.Each room has air conditioning.Total accommodation has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.Guests have the possibility to use the mooring for the boat.

Apartment Astra is placed in Kaštel Kambelovac and is located on the 2nd floor of a four-story building, orientation south and west. Fully equipped kitchen is available. Flat-screen TV's with satellite channels are available in the living room and both bedrooms. Beds in both bedrooms can be arranged either as single or double beds. There is a couch in the living, suitable for an adult. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Wheelchair ramp and elevator are available.
